I am a Washington state approved supervisor and licensed mental health counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to my private practice in Seattle, I have been a facilitator for the workshops and counseling certificate programs offered through The Allender Center.

I am also a counseling affiliate of Northwest Family Life, an advocacy and treatment center for survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence. I am a member of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study and have previously seen clients through the Alliance Community Psychotherapy Clinic. I have worked with Dan Allender, Ph.D., Nancy Murphy, Ph.D., and Doug Hansen, MSW for clinical supervision.

My multicultural background allows me to bring a sensitivity and understanding to individuals struggling with parents, children, or partners of another culture, such as immigrant parents, adopted children, or inter-ethnic relationships.
